1. Match Deadlines Each match must be completed within 48 hours of being assigned. No exceptions — schedule with your opponent immediately.
2. Auto-Forfeit If a match is not played within the 48-hour window, the unresponsive player is auto-forfeited. If neither player responds, both are eliminated.
3. Result Reporting The winner reports the result. If the loser does not dispute within 6 hours, the result is auto-confirmed.
4. Disputes Disputed results escalate to the Warlord for final ruling. Provide screenshots or VODs if possible. Warlord's decision is final.
5. Seeding Players are seeded by their current rating — highest rating = #1 seed. Seeding determines bracket placement.
6. Byes If the bracket size exceeds the number of participants, top seeds receive byes in the first round. Byes are awarded in seed order.
